I am in week 2 of this diet and have lost 3 pounds already! Finally I have found a plan that I want to live on the rest of my life! I also am free from thinking about food all day long! I don't miss the junk food and I sleep better at night. I just love this book!! I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! I've suffered with heartburn for over a year now and in less than 2 weeks it's GONE! I am no longer on medicine!

Wow! No PC junk in this book - he tells it like it is. Very easy to do diet because it's not really a diet. It just makes sense. I highly recommend this book to all.

Great concept, but I just don't know if I can go 5-6 hours between meals. Low bloodsugar, headaches, etc. The book seems to be a little too long for explaining such a simple idea.

Finally a diet (quote, unquote!) that makes sense!! EAT NORMAL!! It is such a normal way of eating. NOT a diet, but a "normalization" of eating. You will lose weight, and lose the weirdness we all seem to have with food these days. LOVE IT!
